Directions
Apply to clean, dry skin prior to activity. Use a moderate amount — a thin, even layer is generally sufficient. Apply directly to areas exposed to repetitive friction (e.g., inner thighs, under sportswear contact points, harness/saddle areas, wetsuit contact areas). Reapply during extended sessions if required. For multi-hour or high-sweat environments, test reapplication strategy.

Used it a few times now. Initial thought was that the texture might not work, but once it breaks down and applies it's great. The small tin is handy for travel.
Held up really well over a long ride. Slightly thicker than competing products, which I actually appreciated — it felt more substantial on application. Completely prevented chafing. Previously used Gooch Goo; this was noticeably better.

Held up very well over the long ride. I felt some minor pressure friction late ride in the last hour or so. I don't think any amount of chaffing product would prevent this.
