Application and Use

Apply to clean, dry skin prior to activity. Use a moderate amount — a thin, even layer is generally sufficient. Apply directly to areas exposed to repetitive friction (e.g., inner thighs, under sportswear contact points, harness/saddle areas, wetsuit contact areas). Reapply during extended sessions if required. For multi-hour or high-sweat environments, test reapplication strategy.
